| The rap superstar's publishing company have demanded the computer giant remove all his music from iTunes in the new legal challenge. Eight Mile Style and Martin Affiliated reportedly filed the suit in Detroit's US District Court, insisting Apple were never given the go ahead to sell his music in download form, reports the Detroit News.
